-- Nineteen members utilized a day of their spring break to form the 1st annual Spring Break Goodwill Tour, visiting and performing at Babes on the Square Preschool, The Ronald McDonald House, A.I. DuPont Hopsital Employee daycare, and Babes on the Square Too Preschool.

-- Performed for "High School Musical Day" at The Wilmington Blue Rocks game at Frawley Stadium. Also ran a face painting table which raised $75 in donations for The Sunflower Orphanage!

-- Performed The National Anthem at The Wilmington Blue Rocks game and raised another $65 in unsolicitied donations with their face painting services. Donations were given to an IP family who experienced a tragic family emergency.

-- Performed as part of The Wilmington Blue Rocks' "Disney Tribute Day" while raising $100 for the Delaware Children's Theatre with their facepainting services at the game!

-- Twelve IP members were selected by audition to star as munchkins in the National Touring Company Production of "The Wizard of Oz" at the DuPont Theatre!
-- Performed for the second consecutive year at the Four Centuries Fete, a fundraiser for the historic Holy Trinity (Old Swedes) Church in Wilmington.
-- Made our third consecutive appearance at the Delaware AIDS-Walk ... providing free face painting to walkers and entertaining children with puppets. Team IP also walked in the event and raised close to $500 for AIDS-Delaware.
-- The Imagination Players presented a $150.00 donation check to The Delaware Children's Theatre. This money was raised during our face painting events at the Blue Rocks games in April and September.

-- Twelve IP members made their professional stage debuts as munchkins in the National Touring Company Production of "The Wizard of Oz" at the DuPont Theatre!

-- Performed "Heal the World" for A Youth Tribute to Michael Jackson at The Wilmington Drama League. The event raised money for The American Cancer Society and The Juvenile Diabetes Foundation. In addition, The Imagination Players organized a lemonade stand in the theatre lobby which raised $250+ for the Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer.

-- Entertained at The Newark Free Library for "Family Fun Night". Donated our stipend to earthquake ravaged Haiti.

-- Competed in the IN THE SPOTLIGHT competition at The Baby Grand, winning the title of 1st runners up and moving on the finals in April at The Grand Opera House!

-- 25 members participated in the 3rd Annual Spring Break Goodwill Tour, performing at two Babes on the Square Preschool and Child Care Centers, Cadia Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, and Little Sister of the Poor.
-- Hit the beautiful stage of The Grand Opera House to compete in the finals of the IN THE SPOTLIGHT competition. Although we didn't win, it was an AMAZINGLY AWESOME experience. Special thanks to our friends from Little Sisters of the Poor for coming out to support us!

-- Several members of The Imagination Players ventured to New York City with J. Alexander Productions to take part in a song/dance workshop taught by Steven Taylor and S'Bu, cast members of Broadway's The Lion King. In addition, members got to see the Tony award winning musical, Memphis and have dinner with members of their cast!

-- Many IP members took a day of their summer vacation to take part in the Summer Goodwill Tour ... visiting Children of America Childcare Center in Hockessin, Absolom Jones Senior Center, Millcroft Nursing Home, and the Jewish Community Center.
-- Performed on the "Get Up and Move" stage at The Chase Center as part of the City of Wilmington's Kids Fest event.
-- Performed outside Frawley Stadium and provided facepainting during a Wilmington Blue Rocks game to get donations for Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer.
-- Was asked to perform a 90 minute outdoor show on Market Street Mall as part of the Grand Opera House Salon Series, where we not only performed, but set up an Alex's Lemonade Stand to raise funds for childhood cancer research.
-- Held annual auditions where for the first time ever, we were forced to turn talented folks away. :( But we were very excited by the interest in our group and the new members we gained!

-- 17 new members started with The Imagination Players, bringing our new total membership to a whopping 60!
-- We performed a special 9/11 Concert on the Freeman Stage at Bayside in the Fenwick area.

-- Caroled in the cold as part of the Reindeer Run in Newark, a fundraiser for Delaware Special Olympics.

-- Fourteen talented IP members were selected to perform in the National Touring Company production of Handel's Messiah Rocks during the show's 8-performance run at The DuPont Theatre.
